We are seeking a Production Coordinator. This position will track administratively and perform production for BubblyNet or BubblyNet products sold via OEM partners.

Once a sales order is entered, it is fully over to this position for assembly and delivery. This position has to know where all deliveries stand, how to assemble and package all product orders accurately, provides accurate information as to the status of an order in production and communicates with the sales team and has ensured that all requests are properly captured in the system with the SKU /Product codes, product builds and information, for accuracy and integrity of our ERP System (NetSuite) that facilitates the rest of company activities (sales, accounting, purchasing, etc).

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Learn NetSuite (our ERP system) well and our workflow – to process and validate SKU codes in all sales orders, generate/close out work orders when complete, accurately ship and track deliveries in the system.
  • Follow assembly instructions, soldering and connecting the components according to specifications.
  • Ensure that the products have the correct firmware versions.
  • Perform quality checks on each step to ensure proper electronic functionalities as well as the correct firmware package and version and ensure that the commissioned products comply with customer’s requirements.
  • Shipping: Pack all orders and bring to shipping department to complete. Confirm tracking numbers are in the system and sales / customers are informed.
  • Occasionally installation and troubleshooting will be required at customer sites and some travel will be required as needed.
  • Project management: accurately track projects through production, delivery and support or warranty.
  • Supervise assemblers and production employees.


Experience & Qualifications:

  • Associates or technical certification in Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience that would meet the minimum performance requirements for this position.
  •  2 year minimum experience working with electronics: PLC, PCB, Firmware, Hardware.
  • Able to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts and engineering drawings.
  • Able to use hand tools including but not limited to calipers, strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, drills. Soldering certification preferred, but must be experienced.
  • Must be able and willing to interact with customers both written and verbal communications in a professional manner.
  • Willing and able to do research and to continuously learn and improve technical knowledge
  • Travel is required for on-site trouble shooting and repairs.
  • Must be comfortable working at heights to perform maintenance and repair work on hardware using ladders, scaffolding or other equipment to access elevated work areas following all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required.

Drug-free Workplace:

We are a Florida Drug Free Workplace. The company requires all employees to complete a pre-employment 10 panel drug screen; employment status will be dependent on ability to pass this screening and partake on a quarterly random screen.
 

Hours, Compensation and Benefits:

Full-time, on-site, salaried position - occasional travel to customer sites for support / troubleshooting is a requirement for this position.

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and begins at $60,000 annual base salary.

After 30-day waiting period employees become eligible for Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, paid holidays and paid time off that increase with longevity. After an initial 90-Day waiting period, employees may participate in the company-sponsored 401(k).
